Cyrus introduces an unprecedented approach to the fine dining experience. Born out of the confining stasis of traditional multi-course meals served at a single table and lasting hours at a time, an inspiration occurred: Eating as journey; dining as journey.
The idea flows from how we welcome friends into our homes - the smooth choreography that creates a successful evening, the stimulation of new encounters in new rooms, those discrete events building on each other and culminating in a single rare, irreplaceable experience.
An evening at Cyrus begins in the Bubbles Lounge where a glittering Champagne and martini cart beckons. Tastes appear from the kitchen as patrons sip libations, free to sink into a leather lounge chair or wander the gardens and take in the vineyard views.
The journey then proceeds to the Kitchen Table where diners engage with the chefs directly and observe as courses are prepared before them, the spectacle of the bustling kitchen beyond.
The next leg of the journey brings the group to the dining room with its sweeping views of Alexander Valley. Each individual party is then ensconced at their own personal table, which will remain theirs for the night. There is no rush, but a final stop on the tour leads to the mysterious Chocolate Room where guests are presented with a parting gift of house-made chocolates.
